EMERGE's Education Department consists of several training programs:

Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling degree through Ashland Theological Seminary

Upon satisfactory completion of all required coursework, graduates meet all educational requirements for counseling licensure in the State of Ohio.

Distance education designed for ministers, the minister's spouse, and church leaders. IPC offers a certificate of completion and prepares students for a pastoral counseling ministry within the local church.
