HELPLINE
The HELPLINE at EMERGE is for ministers, full-time evangelists, missionaries, and their spouse or children and is provided by the Ministerial Enrichment Office of the General Council of the Assemblies of God.
It is a toll-free and confidential telephone line that enables full-time clergy of the Assemblies of God or their spouse or children to talk to an EMERGE mental health professional about any issue and remain totally anonymous.
- Staffed by qualified EMERGE staff members with pastoral ministry experience -- people who have in many ways been where you are.
- Available weekdays 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST, except holidays (adjust time accordingly for your time zone to determine when you can place a call).
- The toll-free number for the HELPLINE at EMERGE is listed on the back of each Assemblies of God minister's credential card.
- Funded by the Ministerial Enrichment Office of the General Council of the Assemblies of God, the HELPLINE rings at EMERGE. No one will ever ask for the caller's name or the exact location from which he or she is calling. (An indication of the caller's general geographic area may be requested -- southeast United States, midwest, etc. However, callers are not required to give even this much information.)
